Products can be returned for any reason below:
1. Product received by you is defective due to our error.
2. Product received by you is of different color than you percieved it.
Note: We take utmost care to photograph our products as close to the product as we can, but note that a 5-10% variation is unavoidable due to digital image processing margin. (Any requests of return for reasons other than those cited above is purely at our discretion to accept. However, we would always be happy to help you).

We can not accept returns in the following cases:
1. Once fall & pico done or a custom blouse is stitched for you
2. Product not in its original condition or is used
3. Return requests after 7 days of delivery are not accepted
(Make sure to send us a return request to our whatsup, with your order number and the reason for return. You can dispatch the product after your return request is accepted.)

Naveen handlooms is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 2 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).
